Main Event Entertainment centers host groups as large as 1,500 and is the perfect venue for corporations, schools, churches, youth groups, bar and bat mitzvahs, post-prom or post-graduation parties.
The Event Coordinator will report to the Sales Manager and will assist in building corporate business, birthday parties and event sales for the Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communication with guests, management, and operations
• Book Corporate, Group, Birthday, Team Buildings, Lock-ins, and other special events
• Assist with fundraising coordination
• Ongoing guest communication via mail, phone and email
• Conduct Site Visits and Tours
REQUIREMENTS
1. Sales Background; prefer Restaurant, Hotel, or Entertainment Industry
2. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Ability to Multi-Task
